I'm an Webroot  Internet Security Plus subscriber and i forgot my webroot account password.

I have already requested a password reset on the website form an enormous number of times (since last friday), receiving the answer "We have sent you an email. It contains a link which will enable you to reset your details"; however, when i go to my email I don't receive anything from Webroot (and yes i´ve checked the Spam folder).

Any ideas?? Is Webroot having some issues? I´ve also tried the support but no answer.  

Is Webroot working??
