Hello, I'm using Firefox 58.02 (64 bit). Up until the last few days, the password manager has worked just fine. Now, all of a sudden, when I try to log in to the manager it either says it can't contact the server or it says nothing at all and just never logs me in. This is happening in Firefox on multiple computers. The manager works just fine in Chrome.
Anyone know if the wrdata folder can be cleaned out or deleted? It grows to an enormous size over time.

I found the Filtering Extension add-on in Chrome tonight -- I enabled that and the Password Manager. Now, when I Google for a website, the link appears then in seconds turns to something like this: nullWebroot URL Classification Category: Uncategorized Confidence: 0 Scand I can't click on the link. For now I'm going to disable the add-on but any info is appreciated!
Is it advisable or even possible to protect microsoft edge in identity protection part of wsa like chrome and ie?
I recently changed my password on the secureanywhere web interface and it works fine, but when I want to go into Password tab on the webroot site it shows " try again later or wait 5 minutes". Image of popup i.imgur.com/47ZbbX6.jpg The other problem I'm having is the webroot password manage app for firefox wants me to use the old password to log on not the new password. I have closed firefox cleared cache and cookies restarted the pc and still having the problem. Thank you P.S. This was post to support and they wrote back on how to change my primary email.
This morning, when I attempted to upgrade my Windows 8.0 x64 system from the Microsoft Store to Windows 8.1, the file downloaded just fine, but when it attempted to install the upgrade, I kept getting error code 0x80070057. I tried googling this, but had no luck. I then disabled Webroot Secure Anyware and the upgrade was able to complete with no problem. I don't know if anyone else has had the same problem, but I thought that I would share my experience. Steve
I am not saying it was because of upgrading to Webroot SecureAnywhere Essentials but I never noticed it prior. I read about the wireless keyboard issue but not wired. Just figured I would throw this out as a possibility? OK - I have tried this with two different external Microsoft Keyboards. 1. I will be using my keyboard and bouncing between keys and keypad. I normally just use the DEL key on the KeyPad for the most part. All of a sudden, I will hit the DEL key and a period comes up as if it changed into NumLock mode. As a matter of fact, all the KeyPad keys work as they should as if I had it in NumLock Mode without the NumLock indicator being lit on keyboard. I tried hitting the NumLock key to get it back to normal but nothing changes - it is as though it is stuck in NumLock mode. I might add - when I do hit NumLock - the indicator will come on and when I hit it again - the NumLock indicator light goes out but it seems to still be in NumLock Mode. 2. I thought it was a tired keybo
