Issue after issue
+1Im trying to reset my password because I forgot it. It said the link to reset has been sent to my email but I haven't received it. I've tried it several times and nothing. Any suggestions?

Hello @TonyC Have you checked your email Spam box? Maybe one of the Webroot Admins could look at the backend of your account. @LLiddell @freydrew

+36I'm not able to control the password to the online console, your best bet is support as Dave mentioned. This can be done very quickly as well so should be a quick call.
