Sorry to be unresponsive after posting question. Been on the road with a new, very unfamiliar phone. Hope to get to mess with this this week.

This should be resolved in version 1.0.0.12.

An un/re should push the update.

I do not believe that the Webroot Password Manager is compatable with IE11 right now.
Still not working

Glad it finally works for you and yes, the web shield extension and password manager are deployed (updated) regardless on WSA installation.
Everything magically started working. There must have been some updates in the background.
That does not work

I did the uninstall, reboot, reinstall but it did not fix my problem. Webroot Toolbar and Webroot Vault are still listed and incompatible and won't work. Help!

It's a different story with Win 8.1 as it was always marked incompatible but a clean reinstall gets the correct new files for the toolbars.

Hello meo and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums.

It's best to do a clean reinstall. Download the install file Here then make sure you have a copy of your Keycode then Uninstall REBOOT then install with the fresh installer and let it finish it's install scan then REBOOT again and let us know if that fixes the issue.

Thanks,

TH  ;)
