Webroot clashes with Google Pinyin (Chinese Input)

Webroot clashes with Google Pinyin (Chinese Input).

While the bug is not a severe one. Every time windows 7 starts, Google Pinyin Chinese input bar is bugged by Webroot and would not work. The solution is simply to click on the Webroot tray icon (with padlock symbol) to solve this issue. But this needs to be done every time windows is logged in and is bothering as one would only be reminded of this when s/he uses Pinyin and doesn't work.
