Webroot will be conducting preventative maintenance due to an Amazon Web Services requirement at 9 a.m. GMT on 5 November 2018. We anticipate 30 minutes, or less, of impact to the Global Site Manager (GSM) console.

What this means for you:

  • You and your customers will be protected during this service period.
  • You will have access to the console and no services are impacted; all background services will continue to run as normal, including scans and licensing.
  • You won’t be able to edit the Policies and Groups page.

We will update this post when the preventative maintenance is complete.
