At Webroot, we're always looking for ways to protect our customers and help make their lives easier. When it comes to our MSP customers, our goal is to not only protect them and their own customers, but also make the MSP look good. Being in the business a long time, we're aware that each MSP has their own way of doing things and reporting is a perfect example.
We've built a lightweight tool to help MSPs create, schedule, and send custom reports, making it easier to translate the value they're offering their customers.
If you know how to use Excel, you can use our new reporting tool. It's that easy. For advanced users, there are even more options available to you if you're familiar with Powershell. We've included a generous sample of reports for you to start playing with, including:
- Endpoints
- DNS
- WSAT
- Usage
