I see on my Webroot Icon that my subscription is due but I have automatic renewal. If I accept this offer to renew is it going to renew a second time when by subscription is due. I believe it's around the 24th of October.

If you have "Automatic Renewal" you don't have to do anything. It will renew on the last date of your current license.
