As many of you know, this week's hack stories were dominated with news of eBay confirming a breach in their corporate network and urging users to change their passwords. Here's one of the quotes from George Anderson: "eBay did the bare minimum by encrypting the a passwords, but all other information should have been treated as equally important, especially the date of birth - as it's often used as a validation in other online areas - i.e. banking."
