as you can see on the Subject , i want you if you can please help me , i want put lock( Password for example ? ) for some of my files in Windows ... these files are important to me and please recommend a strong way for this matter... i dont want anyone can open these files... hope you underestand my mean( i am not good in english , but i try do my best 😃 )

Am afraid that we cannot really discuss other security solution here even if they relate to encryption, unless there is some connection with Webroot, etc.
