audio and video disabled.  Troubeshooting did not fix it.  Cannot enable it no matter what I try. The drivers are updated and Windows says they are working, but when I try to unmute the audio it either goes into a funk and then comes back and says something is not working right, but nothing that is suggested fixes it.
