Bad Image pop up after installing new video driver

So i downloaded the lastes driver for my mobility radeon 5650 graphics card from AMD's web site and now there is this pop up that says bad image and i have to click it like 20 times to get it to go away. My first attempt at installing the driver i got a blue screen of death. I tried a dirfferent way to install it and it seemed to work just fine. If i look under dxdiag my drivers has updated form version 8 to 14. But my video games keep crashing. Any help would be great.

Firstly, commiserations...I have been there.  Secondly, may I ask why you decided to download/install the latest drivers here?  Was there an issue that you were trying to fix by this or were you just trying to stay up to date?  If the former then I would just add that the maxim "if it ain't broke then don't fix it" holds true especially with video /display drivers.
 
Anyway, the first thing that you could try to rollback the driver install from within Windows itself (making sure that you have created a System Restore point and/or got a fresh image of your system before rolling back) and for that you will need to go to the Device Manager (key in Device Manager into the Start Menu search field and then click on the Device Manager icon displayed.
 
Then from the list display for your system find and expand the 'Display Adapters' setting which should then list your card.  Double clicking on that entry should bring up the cards Properties page.  Select the 'Driver' tab and you should then look for and find the 'Roll Back Driver' button.  If it is greyed out then there is no previous driver to roll back to (as is the case in the screenshot below) but if selectable then clicking on it will initiate a prompted process to roll back the driver to the previously installed version:
 

 
Now at this point I should add that drivers are drivers and there are many and therefore the install/uninstall procxesses will vary so if in doubt I would recommend that you Google the following:

and check out some of the very good articles provided re. your specific card.
 
Hope that the above helps?  Please do remember NOT to make any changes to your syste, such as this, without first having at least taken a very recent System Restore point, as a minimum....and preferrably having taken a system image very recently.
