critical error pop up
keep getting a pop up box that blocks me reads failed to find the required file, how do i get rid of this

When do you see this error? Upon bootup of the computer? Only when you open a browser? Other?
Does the error provide the name of the missing required file? It would help us to know what the file is.
Is the pop up a normal Windows error message or does it look different?
If you close the error (preferably with the x at the top right if you can) are you able to proceed and use your web browser?
I am sorry for so many questions, but there are so many error messages from so many sources that we need just a bit more information to proceed.
