Is this type of file bad if there is only one listed and there is no CPU usage

That is a normal Windows process. If you were to see 4 or 5 of those listed at once, that would be a concern but a single instance is fully normal.

Thanks I was told that it isn't a good thing to have in the system, I'm very relived to find out one is OK
You are very welcome. As we noted, if you see multiple copies of that file running at one time, there may very well be a problem: often malware is written to use the same file name as legit Windows processes to help hide them from the user. In the event you do see multiple copies of the file in use at the same time, at that point you may want to check back here or submit a Trouble Ticket.@ wrote:
