Should I give Windows 10 build 1607 my home PC location?

Hi HUD199,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
This really comes down to user preference. Enabling location helps provide accurate information for things like weather, directions/maps, locating retailers near you, etc. Personally, I have this setting turned off. But I'm pretty sure if Windows or a government entity such as the NSA or CIA wanted to know your location they could, regardless of this setting.
Hope this info helps,
BD

I have my location setting turned on both at home and at work. This is mainly for websites that need my location, such as weather, to operate properly. I also have to do a fair amount of distance calculations for my techs so having the location set makes that quicker.
? is right though. If someoone wanted to know where you live bad enough, they will find out no matter what!
