Does anyone know if the Window's 10 upgrade works on vista? Where is the free upgrade?
I've heard that there is a limited time for the free windows 10 upgrade. I currently have Vista. Is there a compatible "free" upgrade and if so, where can I find it? Thanks!

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am afraid that the answer is 'No'...you can only take advantage of the free upgrade to Windows 10 from either Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1. So in your position, to be able to you would hve to upgrade to Windows 7 as a minimum...which I suspect would cost you money, therefore I susepct that if you want Windows 10 you best best would be to buy it outright from new rather than trying the aforementioned 'upgrade' route.
