It's trying to load a video card driver, but it can't find it.
Digging around the internet a bit, I found this: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/342005-33-event-7000-aoddriver4-error
Their suggested solution involves registry edits, so be careful! It's also for a version 4.1 rather than 4.2, but it's probably going to be the same kind of error. I hope this points you in the right direction.
