Ghostery shows many trackers in Chrome, yet in Internet Explorer it always shows zero
+7Have them both set identical. Seems strange. Although IE has improved performance. I know that some of our VIPs, Experts, Guides and other Stewards of the Community use use Ghostery. Adblock Plus in IE and Ublock in Chrome. Can someone explain. Thanks !
+34Ghostery just doesn't work as well in Internet Explorer.
Here is an extract from an article that touches on this issue, but I can't claim to understand why this is the case!

+7Thanks ?. Very helpful. Ihave noticed better performance in IE, but that is all that is noticable. Wondering if I should uninstall in IE or leave it.
+34? If you are finding IE running faster with Ghostery, then it looks as though it is doing something useful so you may as well leave it enabled.
Personally I don't use IE at all and find Firefox a lot more privacy orientated than Chrome - but then browser choice is a very personal issue.
