Have you had "web console" from Geek Squad take complete control of your webroot security and computer. I am under a user plan with them for fixing and removing any virus that the machine picks up. Is that a good thing or bad thing?

If you have a Geek Squad subscription then yes these certified Geek Squad Support is great to have if you have any problems

There is a place to ask questions and look around. I've have GS support before and they have helped me alot by remotely taking over my PC.. If you have paid for this service then yes it's good to have.
