My computer seems to work fine but this week when I am on my AOL desktop version it is very sluggish. Can you help? AOL is closed due to covid and very hard to get a hold of

I’m afraid this isn’t enough information to troubleshoot. I can give some general advice that may help:

  1. Run a virus scan if you have any antivirus on your computer (windows defender is default on windows 10 machines)
  2. Uninstall and re-install the app in question
  3. restart your computer (a lot of people leave them on or simply put them to sleep)
