I’m afraid this isn’t enough information to troubleshoot. I can give some general advice that may help:
- Run a virus scan if you have any antivirus on your computer (windows defender is default on windows 10 machines)
- Uninstall and re-install the app in question
- restart your computer (a lot of people leave them on or simply put them to sleep)
