The portal by default prevents the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

The detailed error message can be viewed by accessing the portal using a browser on the local machine.


To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a system environment variable named PT_REMOTE_ERR and set it to 'true'.

Do you believe that your issue in any way related to or caused by Webroot products, i.e., WRSA, etc?



If not then you are most likely in the wrong place looking for assistance/help as this is a Webrrot forum and we really only deal with Webroot-related issues.
