In the past few months, I have been getting windows that pop-up, then close very quickly. Sometimes it happens on start-up othertimes not. Until now, I havn't been able to identify them. However, today I caught the name "taskeng.exe" before the window closed.
I don't know what it is; but, I don't like these kinds of strange things happening. How do I get rid of it?

This is the task scheduler service under Windows Vista and Windows 7. It is responsible for keeping track of tasks set to run at a time predetermined by the user, and to invoke them when necessary.
This should not popup everytime you start the computer though.
I would advise creating a ticket with our support team so they can remote in and see what is happening on this system.
