I have had just a terrible time with Windows 10 Anyone else having problems?

Hi I am Becky and I have had Webroot for a year.  Last week I woke up to a terrible site!  Windows 10 had been installed while I slept.  Microsoft techs have been working for days,  they still do not have all the bugs out.   Finally I had them take me back to 8.1.  Anyone else out there having any of these problems?  One of Microsoft techs told me they are so overworked that they have a two hour wait for phone calls!     Nice to meet all you Rooters, I am not much of a techie, i am too old to have grown up around computers.   Just learned a little in my later years.           So I no doubt I will be here from time to time asking some sort of silly question,.      Everyone have a good day.     Rebecca Johnson     [Edited for privacy]
