Hello tressi3,
Welcome tp the Webroot Community,
To remove a threat using your Webroot SecureAnywhere software, open the program and click Scan Now. SecureAnywhere will then run a scan and show you what threats it detected. Follow the on-screen prompts for removal of the infection. Has Webroot Quarantined this infection?
Please look here at the PC User Guide http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C2_Scanning/CH2a_RunningScan.htm
and here http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C5_Quarantine/CH5a_ManagingQuarantine.htm
Please take a look at this link for a detailed explanation of the colour scheme used by WSA
If you are having issues and need more help then it would be best to Submit A Support Ticket
This is a free service with a Webroot subscription.
Hope this helps?
