Hi my last post was answered and thanks for the input from everyone
My problem now is that my secure everywhere is expiring soon on my android
So I logged on to the site it asked for email and key code fine, but did not accept the newly purchased webroot
What happened it reverted back to the old webroot that I just removed to install the new one
