Just wanted to know if Webroot was compatible with Microsoft Security Essentials anti-virus. Or would there by an issues running both at the same time. Thanks.

You are free to run Microsoft Security Essentials alongside Webroot if you wish (and there are no incompatibilities afaik), but it won't add anything to WSA's far superior protection.
