Is Internet Explorer unsafe?
What is the best browser to use? J have been using Internet explorer and have bee getting a lot of infections lately.

The question you pose is a polemic one in that depending on who you ask will depend the answer you get. But the general consensus is that Chrome (and Chrome-derivative versions) and Firefox are superior to IE.
Having said that would you please qualify/elaborate on what you mean by "...have bee getting a lot of infections lately"? What is indicating that you are being infected? What sort of infections are you seeing?
Please let us know as it is possible that all you are seeing are numerous in browser ad-related popup which can be 'cured' by installing ad blocking extensions/addons. And it would also be good, with more information from you, to check on whether you may have other sorts of adware-related activity.
