well IMO these all are Excessive sensitivity ! if we think about Microsoft spying ? so all of Softwares we have on our system are spying ! for example Ccleaner? or maybe Yahoo Messenger ? or IDM ? maybe Nero ? maybe maybe maybe ... ? :D
i thin these are really excessive sensitivity !
and personaly i don't use any software for block spying by Microsoft ! all companies have privacy terms also Microsoft ! so we can read them before we use them and be a customer of their company !

Well, what Microsoft has done is to add to the 'telemetry', as they call it, that they gather to improve the user experience. Some would call it spying and others not. Suffice to say that it occurs in both WIndows 7 & WIndows 8/8.1 but it can be blocked, or selectively disbaled in a number of way using freeware apps that have sprung up to assist in that process.
