Just wanted to state that my tech did come out to our apartment this morning and found the problem. It seems the webpage I was working on did not set up the item correctly so that it could be downloaded. He added the corrrect missing letters and was able to bring up the info I wanted to download. It seems the site I was using had made the mistake and it had nothing to do with any problem in my computer (thank goodness). I was getting that weird pop up box as a sign something was wrong with the signature of the item. Unfortunately, I was not computer savvy enough to catch the mistake. Thanks to all of you for trying to help me yesterday.
