As nic has asked is there a pattern that causes this error? Sometimes a bad driver or new software can cause this error.

 

What operating system are you using? Also if tthis error keeps occurring you can issue a Support Ticket Here.

But when you say "internet explorer" what exactly referring to by that?  Is that the cause of the issue? And if so then how do you know that?
