When I try to open up and view my email, it freezes up and dispalys a message at bottom of screen about "long running script". What does this mean exactly? I can usually click on the option to stop the script but it generally takes a couple attempts before I can finally open up an email. It seems to be getting worse as well.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I presume that from what you are saying that you are viewing mail via a browser, i.e., using web mail? If so then please advise as to which browser(s) you are using/having the issue with.

Hi gpittman
Thanks for the response. Given what you say I would contact Comcast Support and raise the isseu with them...they should be your first port of call in my opinion.
Also, if you Goggle "comcast email long running script" you will find a number of interesting and potentially pertinent article that may assist you with this issue.
