I'm running other anti-virus apps in addition with webroot. Do I need them?

You can run malwarebytes with webroot. Good combo.
You can run most AVs alongside Webroot without any issues (and that's rare for an AV). I used to run ESET (Nod32) alongside. As I became increasingly confident of Webroot, I decided this was redundant and not really necessary. But of course, every person to their own choice and preference.

Like@Muddy7 said, you don't need to run another AV next to Webroot but if you'd like to, that's not a problem.
