There is a program called Fixspeedy out there that is for cleaning and speeding up your PC, The website is fixspeedy.com. It is rather new and listed as "suspicious" by BrightCloud.  Some downloading software/installers are bundled with advertizing for it -. as a PUA/PUP .

After downloading and installing a program with one of those downloaders, a pop up constantly appears for Fixspeedy as it iruns in the background.

 

This PUA/PUP or Adware  runs at startup. It can be found in the startup folder listed as "Graymen Technologies". 

 

There is also a folder with the same name created as well with the downloader.
