Has anyone received a pop-up stating that I am not using genuine windows and I should correct it now. I bought computer from Best Buy and it came with Windows 7 installed

Now, what you are seeing can happen for a number of reasons which we could spend alot of time going over here, but in this case as the computer was bought from Best Buy and hopefully is still under warranty I would contact the Geek Squad (details of contact options an be found here and you can CHAT WITH AN AGENT or call them on 1.800.GEEKSQUAD) as they should be your first post of call in trying to understand why this is happening.
If that yeilds no results then please come back here so that we can look into helping you further, but in case you are interested, you will find the most common reasons for this happening & what to do about them are well covered over at Microsoft (please see this web page (it is a UK-based on as that is where I hail from) to start you off).
