Just wanted to give ? a shoutout on this one. My wife got a new Android phone and I was looking for a backup app to backup all her data to move it to the new phone. I was looking in the Google Play store and one of the apps I was considering had a 1-star review from Daniel. He mentioned that not only did the app not work, when he tried to get a refund from the developer they never responed. Thanks for saving me from wasting my time and money!
