UAC is turned off and the Certificate for Window's UserAccountControlSettings is outdated. I want to turn on UAC but leary due to the certificate being out of date. Suggestions?

I have it turned off as I find it a pain and a hinderance, but to some it is useful. I have replaced it with something else which is much better at the job (Hint: see my signature line...;)), and have not looked back since.
