If I may just add to what Sherry has posted...what exactly do you mean by 'cannot interact'?

 

Could you be more specific as to what interaction you are unable to undertake? Can you access the games or not? And if not then what if any messages are displayed when you try?

 

If you can but cannot play them then again are you getting any messages displayed/how is your playing being interrupted?

 

A little more information may give us a better chance of being of assistance.
