Why can I log into the web root community with my username and password, but can't log in using my IOS app with the same information I had just put in. I just want to load my iPad air but it won't let me log in it just says login failure. Please help
Our community is hosted by a community provider.  They do have a single sign-on option, but the way we run our community it would take a bunch of customization work to get that up and running.  We might be able to invest in doing that at some point but unfortunately we haven't been able to yet.  The login for iOS - which app are you talking about?
