I've been trying to unsubscribe but there is no customer service to assist you. How do I go about it?

Do you want to opt-out of the auto-renewal program?
To disable the service for your subscription, just click here and fill out the form.
If you would like to disable your subscription, you will need to submit a support ticket or contact Webroot here When submitting a ticket, be sure to include the email and keycode attached to the subscription.
If you would like to cancel your Webroot subscription from Best Buy, please call Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778. Be sure to mention your subscription software through Best Buy.
Webroot does not control the renewal or subscription information if you are part of the Best Buy program.
