If you are trying to update from a 'third party' site or download link, that is the reason: such downloads often also will try to include other 'trial' or 'extra' software which is being blocked by WSA.

 

Please make sure you only update Java directly from the source here: https://java.com/en/download/index.jsp http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html   and  During the process, make sure to UNCHECK all additional or option software.

 

If you have PUAs then please look here about removing them! You can alos issue a Support ticket free of charge
