I can't access the console and the current product does not appear to know it has been upgraded or renewed. I can understand that the upgrade may not be immediate, but I don't understand why I can't log into or access the console. I did it just before renewing and it recognized me just fine. The last time this account was purchased it was purchased by my wife, I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Exactly how are you being prevented from accessing the online console? Can you not reach the site? If you can then you should just need to enter your registration email adddress & password to gain access? Are you getting any messages as and when you try, and if so what are they?

 

Also which version of WSA are you running; the standard version from Webroot or the Best Buy version?
