I will jump in here and ask as to whether (i) you are using Firefox when you see this behaviour & (ii) if you have tried checking the sequencing when using another browser such as Chrome and/or IE?

 

The reason I ask is because I have come across this behaviour before and in that case it was only happening when using Firefox. Please take a look at this previous thread for information on that particular case.

 

The recommendation then was that a support ticket is opened, to notify the Support Team of the issue so that they can investigate, and hopefully remediate the situation. If you are experiencing the same then it sounds like they did not manage to find the cause. I would therefore recommend that you Open a Support Ticket...referencing this thread so that the Support Team can see that the issue is still there/has a link to the previous exchanges on this.

 

Of course, if you are experiencing the issue with something other than Firefox then please disregard the above.
