Already have a key code, how do I get the app on my new phone without having to pay for it again?
I don't want to have to pay for it again.

I am assuming that your phone runs Android (most do these days) so the first thing is to identify and get the correct version of the mobile app, which depends on which verison of WSA you are licensed for. Please see this KB article which should provide the details you need to determine that.
Once you have downloaded the correct version please take a look at this KB Article that covers the installation process.
