Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just add to what Sherry has posted...essentially the answer is 'No' other than to make sure you are running WSA plus making sure that you do not click on any attachment in email from sources that you ado not know or ar not expecting.
Ransomware is mainally distributed by this means and I would say that better still do not even open an email you receive if it is either unexpected and/or from a source that you have no knowledge about.
Finally, make sure that you have a recent/regular back up of your data and if possible an image of your entire disk...just in case the worst does happen.
