anybody have a black screen on Netflix after installing Webroot?

I am a Netflix user too, and I have never had an issue.  Can you try a 'clean install to see if that will help?

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
 

Let us know if this helps and we will go from there!

If I may add to this discussion?  I came across something similar recently which led me to the following post over at the NetFlix Support site, entitled "I'm seeing a black screen with no player controls on my computer".

 

Now, I am not saying that this is the solution but it may be worthwhile of investigation if what David has recommended does not help.
