I have WebRoot installed and running together with MS Security Essentials. Both are "active".
Are there any reports of the two programs competing with each other for support, possibly causing performance issues?

Hi JohnPod
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Not that I am aware of as WSA is designed from the outset to work along side the vast majority of the other major security apps avaialble. Three are known issues with a couple of apps by MSE is not one of them.
Having said that, in my humble opinion, if you have installed WSA then you have absolutely no need to keep MSE, as WSA protects you better than MSE...but as I stated before there should be no issues running both together and if you feel happy with an additional layer of security then the choice is yours.
Hope that helps?
