Webroot is picking up a W32.Trojan located at c:program files (x86)ati technologiesati.acecore-staticlog.foundation.dll while my other AV programs are not. Has anybody else run into this?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
This looks to me like it is an FP so your best bet is to Open A Support Ticket describing what you are seeing and asking the Support Team to check the logs that will be uploaded automatically when you open the ticket and then whitelist this particular file. They should be able to do this as a matter of course, and hopefully shortly thereafter you should find that the file is no longer reported.
