You can if you like but you don't need to? WSA is so strong and so small 755kb an very light 3 to 6MB of RAM and with all the work being done in the WIN Cloud and not on your PC: http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php so the choice is yours you can try both then uninstall NIS and find out for yourself! If you decide to uninstall NIS please use there uninstaller tool: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080710133834EN_EndUserProfile_en_us
