How do i set the log in so i do not have to type the password and username every time i log into various web sites

There are a couple of ways to do this... some better than others.
The best way would be to make use of your WSA Password Manager (I am assuming you are using WSA-Internet Security which does include the Password Manager). Once you log into it, it can automatically log you into the web sites withou you needing to type the login data. This is the best way because the login data is securely stored and does not rely on the browser or cookies.

The worse way is to simply allow your browser to store log in data, and any web site that allows you to opt "keep me logged in" select that. This is NOT a good way.... as it leaves your sites open to anyone who gets access to your computer.
