Can You Help Me Please!

I deactivated my computer from the webroot online console and now cannot get it back on there, wondering if anyone could help me out?  I also cannot get the toolbar working even after doing the repair install/download.  I used to have a subscription to security essentials and both that account and my new account are showing up in the online console wondering if that may have something to do with it as they both were purchased using the same email address?  If so, how can I remove my old account with the expired keycode?  Thank You very much for your time!

I was able to associate your new subscription with your old account and I also reactivated the PC that was accidentally deactivated. :D
Please let me know if everything is working smoothly (Please give 10-15 minutes for the account to update).
